- 1 / 5By Tom BartzLast two times we ordered from the Kent location it took 2+ hours for delivery. At first I was worried that my cookies would arrive burnt but it turns out it was just poor service. If you try to call the store you get a call center In another state and are not allowed to talk to the actual store... makes sense. If you try to cancel your order they tell you that you have to wait for it to be delivered, decline it with the driver, wait for him to get back to the store, call the call center and ask for a refund. Then they high jack your money for 3-5 days while they work out the details. Stick with the Girl Scouts people... this place is garbage. On a positive note the delivery guy was pretty cool.March 29, 2017
