  Good food is the only reason this place doesn't get one star. Waited for over 20 minutes after being seated, nobody came up to our table, despite the place being practically empty. We got someone's attention and asked if our server would be coming soon, they said "I'll tell someone." Well, they obviously didn't, because we sat there another 15 minutes before we flagged someone else down that apologetically only got us our drinks, even though we were obviously more than ready to order. They came back 5 or so minutes later to get our order, and it turns out that after all of that, they were out of what we wanted. Even though it wasn't what we drove the long distance to get, the food still ended up being pretty good, and the waitress wasnt bad, when we finally got one.

  This place has a great concept, but really poor follow through. The bar needs to be stocked they are always out of just about everything. For the most part the food was very good, even if it did take a very long time to come out, however the burgers could use some improvement. If this place was run properly it could be a goldmine in the heart of Kent State, but unfortunately, I don't think they'll have the opportunity.

  Two years ago five stars, not now. Don't get your heart set on anything. It doesn't matter how empty the place is or how full. They run out of bourbon constantly. They have run out of fries, bison, macaroni noodles, anything they have they run out of it. The food is good when it's what you wanted but don't even count on hand soap in the bathroom, in spite of all the signs that say employees must wash their hands. The staff isn't even surprised by disappointed patrons. Sad.
